David Slama is the Director for South Australia and the Northern Territory at Australian Energy Producers, the nation’s peak body representing the oil and gas industry. With nearly 30 years of experience across the energy, finance and government sectors, David brings deep expertise in business leadership, industry advocacy and stakeholder engagement. He has held executive and board roles across corporate, not-for-profit and government organisations, and is a former City of Adelaide Councillor. David’s background spans founding successful businesses, advising on major energy developments, and working closely with governments to drive investment and policy outcomes.

Mike Westerman is a proud Njamal man and the Chief Operating Officer of Glencore’s North Queensland copper operations. A qualified Mining Engineer with over two decades of experience across open pit and underground mining, Mike has held senior operational roles throughout Western Australia, the Northern Territory and Queensland. He is a strong advocate for Indigenous employment and was instrumental in the design and delivery of Glencore’s award-winning Indigenous Employment Program. As a Queensland Resources Council board member, Mike is widely respected for his commitment to building workforce pathways, supporting regional economies and empowering the next generation of Indigenous mining professionals.

Keoh Goodall is the long-serving CEO of Total Recreation NT Inc, a passionate advocate for inclusive sport and recreation across the Northern Territory. With a background in sports science and an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business, Keoh has dedicated his career to empowering people of all abilities through movement, connection and opportunity. As an early supporter of Bar Brothers & Sisters Darwin, Keoh played a pivotal role in incubating what would become Forward Health NT Inc, making the first two projects in Darwin and Alice Springs possible. His leadership and mentorship continue to shape inclusive health outcomes across the NT.

Jason Lord is an Arrernte (Alice Springs) and Budjiti (South West Queensland) man, a former Australian Welterweight and Light Middleweight Boxing Champion, and a respected community leader. He is the founder of Arrernte Community Boxing Academy (ACBA), an elite boxing program based in Alice Springs, and Boxing CONNECT, a new social enterprise fostering holistic engagement through boxing. With a strong background in community development, AOD, and mental health, Jason brings deep cultural insight and lived experience to his work. He shares this journey with his partner Stephanie and their daughters Nevaeh and Lela.

Scott Belshaw is a former professional heavyweight boxer from Northern Ireland, known for his explosive power and unorthodox fighting style. A five-time Irish amateur champion, Scott turned professional in 2006 and went on to compete on international stages, including bouts against top contenders such as Tyson Fury and Audley Harrison. Now based in Darwin, Scott is the founder of BoxFit NT, a grassroots program using boxing as a tool for youth diversion, empowerment and faith-based mentoring. Guided by his Christian beliefs, Scott runs workshops across schools, underprivileged communities and Aboriginal regions, helping young people build discipline, purpose and resilience through boxing.

Raymond Pratt is a proud Western Arrernte man from Alice Springs and the sole founder and Director of DICE. An electrician by trade with over 25 years’ experience across the electrical, renewable energy and construction sectors, Raymond has grown DICE into an award-winning company employing over 70 staff. His deep connection to remote community life, shaped by years living and working across the Tiwi Islands and Central Australia, continues to inform his hands-on leadership. Passionate about empowering Indigenous communities, Raymond brings a clear vision, proven business acumen and unwavering commitment to creating lasting opportunities across the Northern Territory and beyond.

Ben Tyler is a proud Bininj man from Kakadu/Western Arnhem Land and the sole Founder and Director of Kakadu Kitchen, a 100% Indigenous-owned bush food business located at Murdudjurl Community beside the Jim Jim Creek on Murumburr Country in central Kakadu National Park. A passionate entrepreneur and cultural educator, Ben blends Indigenous knowledge with innovation to champion ethical Indigenous-sourced native botanicals producing zero-alcohol drinks for more health-conscious living. His collaborations with brands like ALTD Spirits and OzHarvest Ventures have brought Kakadu flavours to new markets through conscious, non-alcoholic drinks – like the innovative award winning ‘Conscious Drink’ (wine alternative) that rescues surplus blueberries and pairs them with native lemon grass, salt bush and pepperberry. An author, storyteller and advocate for community empowerment, Ben continues to share the health, culture and natural richness of Bininj-Mungguy Country with Australians and the world.
